Newly renovated, very charming former fisherman’s cottage in the center of Estepona situated across the beach, the cottage gives stunning views to Gibraltar and Africa. Within walking distance you will find the charming streets of Estepona with all its flowers, restaurants and small shops.
The harbor is within 5 minutes walking distance where you will also find restaurants and a tourist market on Sunday mornings. Layout: The ground floor of the house consists of a spacious entrance, master bedroom, a second bedroom with two separate beds and a small childrens’ room. There are two bathrooms with both toilet and walk-in shower. On the first floor there is the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and access to the beautiful terrace with dining table with the best view on the sea and the palm trees. On the roof of the house you will find a second terrace with sunbeds! Good connection with public transport and there is free parking in the street and surrounding streets.
