Once completed, this long-distance path will be a major tourist attraction for the Costa del Sol, and for Andalucia.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>The coastal path is being created by linking all the existing seafront town promenades; building new paved paths &#8211; for many year every newly-built beachfront development must construct its section of path; constructing wooden boardwalks where the terrain demands. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>The path reference will be<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>GR92;<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>it has its own logo and website (www.sendalitoral.es). The Km 0 starting point will be the emblematic B<strong>alcon de Europa<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>in Nerja and the finish was<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>Castillo de la Duquesa<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>in Manilva but has been extended to<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>Punta Chullera<\/strong>, the provincial border with Cadiz. One hopes, to be useful, that it will be extended to Sotogrande Marina.<\/p>\r\n<p>On the map below the path is marked in<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>green<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>where complete,<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>orange<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>where you can easily walk through a port, marina or other zone,<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>blue<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>where you need to walk on the beach, and<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>red<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>where you can make a safe diversion to link to the next section.<\/p>[\/et_pb_testimonial][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The\u00a0Senda Litoral de Malaga\u00a0(Malaga Coastal Path) is a projected 160 km path following the entire coast of Malaga province from Manilva to Nerja.
