Once completed, this long-distance path will be a major tourist attraction for the Costa del Sol, and for Andalucia.<\/p>\n<p>The coastal path is being created by linking all the existing seafront town promenades; building new paved paths &#8211; for many year every newly-built beachfront development must construct its section of path; constructing wooden boardwalks where the terrain demands.<\/p>\n<p>The path reference will be<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>GR92;<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>it has its own logo and website (www.sendalitoral.es). The Km 0 starting point will be the emblematic B<strong>alcon de Europa<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>in Nerja and the finish was<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>Castillo de la Duquesa<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>in Manilva but has been extended to<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>Punta Chullera<\/strong>, the provincial border with Cadiz. In\u00a0Estepona, cyclists are not allowed on the promenade. In Mijas Costa, cyclists are\u00a0not allowed on the boardwalk at weekends.
