This apartment has just been renovated entirely.Through the entrance you will enter the living room with open plan kitchen. The kitchen is completely new and equipped with a 5 pits induction hob, oven/microwave combi, dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble dryer. Nespresso coffee-machine present. The living room has the lovely terrace adjacent, which faces South and provides sun from morning till late in the evening. There are 2 bedrooms present, one of which gives also access to the terrace and has a King size boxspring bed. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, which can also be used as 2 single beds on request. This room has a bathroom ensuite, completely new, with a toilet, walk-in shower and washbasin. The second new bathroom is also equipped with a toilet, washbasin and walk-in shower.
