Privacy enough, up to 4 people take the upper floor with own complete bathroom (and 2 slk) the other 2 people have everything downstairs.
If you want to be fully equipped, and want to be in a top location. You absolutely have to go here. 2 luxurious bathrooms so enough privacy, lovely beds, 3 spacious bedrooms. We have already planned our next trip. Similar to other apartments or houses, this is really not expensive. Estepona itself is already just very nice and especially delicious, beautiful base to see enough in the area. I can recommend it to everyone, but I am so enthusiastic and tell everyone that it will soon be fully booked and there will be no place for us when the Corona measures are relaxed.

La Fragata in Estepona Costa del Sol - Andalusia
Terracotta urbanization with beautiful garden and near the marina Puerto Deportivo (5 min. walking distance) and the charming Estepona Old Town fifteen minutes walk via the promenade. La Fragata has a lovely garden with swimming pool, space to find a shadow nook, and its own community library. It's wonderfully quiet, while you're within walking distance.
The ideal holiday spot, also for longer periods. A home in Spain.
We stay here ourselves for a few weeks in spring and autumn. We can work online thanks to fiber optic internet, and never get bored.
If we are not there you can rent our spacious apartment with up to 6 people and enjoy it as much as we do!
Everything is there and as soon as it is warm enough: a wonderfully refreshing generous swimming pool in the beautiful garden (April-November).
In winter it is in Estepona like spring in the Netherlands and everything is open. It's really Spanish.

Highly sought after popular location: La Fragata Estepona - Jardin del Costa del Sol.
Estepona is a charming fishing town with a real Spanish character where many Spaniards also spend their holidays. Located in the green valley of the Sierra Bermeja Mountains, Estepona has a particularly micro-climate and 320 days a year of sunshine. Because the beaches are elongated, Estepona measures about 20 kilometers along the coast, even in August there is always room on the beach.
Playa del Christo has the most child-friendly bay with slow-descending bottom and here are 2 excellent beach clubs with sunbeds and restaurant. This beach is 300 meters from our house, the city beach Playa Rada is only 500 meters walk, past the nice harbour, the fishermen's cottages, restaurants and the long promenade with colourful flowers and plants all year round.
Right behind Rada beach are the now famously renovated charming Spanish car-free streets with the coloured flower pots, squares and terraces that are characteristic of Estepona. Lots of good bars where you get real tapas. Here no proppers trying to smear you tourist food but a Spanish laid back atmosphere. And normal prices, the center of Estepona is so much more fun and authentic than neighbouring Marbella!

What a nice place, sea views where every morning a beautiful sunrise was to be seen! The apartment is very fully furnished and spacious in design. It has two bathrooms so you can easily stay with two couples. The kitchen has all the essentials to prepare a meal myself, I didn't miss anything. The apartment is also within walking distance of the promenade, supermarket and harbour. Lots of nice restaurants and shops, through the owner we had good tips for your finest restaurants. We had a wonderful time and would like to come back here again!
