Newly renovated, very charming former fishing cottage in the center of Estepona located across the beach, the cottage gives stunning views of Gibraltar and Africa.
Within walking distance you will find the cosy streets of Estepona with all its flowers, restaurants and small shops. The harbour is a 5 minute walk where you will also find restaurants and a tourist market on Sunday mornings. Layout: The ground floor of the house consists of a spacious entrance, master bedroom, a second bedroom with two separate beds and a small children’s room.
There are two bathrooms, both are equipped with a toilet and walk-in shower. On the first floor is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and access to the beautiful terrace that has dining table with the best sea views and view on the palm trees.
On the roof of the house you will find a second terrace with sunbeds. Good connection to public transport and there is free parking in the street and surrounding streets.
